About the Role

As a Lead Recruiter at Fusion CX, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes, oversee multiple recruitment campaigns, and partner with stakeholders to meet project goals. Youll design data-driven hiring strategies, execute volume recruitment drives, and contribute to strengthening Fusion CXs growing workforce across India.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment drives for International and Domestic projects

Should be responsible for managing volume hiring across multiple projects and multiple sites

Should understand Client requirements and prepare suitable hiring strategies

Should coordinate with Stakeholders for successful recruitment closures on time

Should maintain hiring tools and applications

Should understand and continuously research for improvement of the hiring process

Should prepare reports on time

Should be flexible to travel anywhere in India

Work Locations: This role is open to applicants based in either Gurugram or Navi Mumbai.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Human Resources preferred).

Experience: 812 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with strong expertise in mass hiring and BPO hiring.

Expertise: Experience handling both domestic and international recruitment.

Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Technical: Proficiency in recruitment systems, hiring tools, and MS Office applications.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to multi-site operational needs.
