Lead - MERN Stack Developer (Jaipur)

JOB Purpose The MERN Stack Lead is responsible to drive end-to-end development of scalable web applications, manage a team of developers, and contribute to architectural decisions. The role demands hands-on coding expertise, leadership experience, and solid communication skills. Role and Responsibilities / KRAs · Technical Leadership & Architecture ü Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, MySQL and Node.js. ü Define application architecture, system design, and technical standards. ü Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. ü Review and validate technical designs, architecture, and implementation approaches. · Development & Delivery ü Contribute hands-on to complex coding, critical modules, and problem resolution. ü Lead sprint planning, effort estimation, task allocation, and timely delivery in an Agile environment. ü Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and coding standards. ü Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. · Team Management & Mentoring ü Lead, mentor, and guide a team of MERN stack developers. ü Conduct regular code reviews focusing on quality, performance, and security. ü Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability. · Client & Stakeholder Collaboration ü Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Product Managers. ü Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ü Provide technical guidance, progress updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders. · Cloud, DevOps & Best Practices ü Manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. ü Ensure adherence to CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing practices. ü Work with DevOps teams to support containerization and deployment (Docker/Kubernetes – exposure preferred). · Organization initiative
