- Lead a team of LLM engineers and data scientists to develop innovative machine learning algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and domain experts to understand requirements and define project goals.

Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and probabilistic models.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
