Lead I - Software Engineering-Java, Kotlin

Role description

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance microservices using Java and Spring-based frameworks. The role involves designing APIs, developing distributed systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring
• Build and manage microservices-based architectures
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot
• Solid experience in building microservices
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of backend architecture and design principles

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kotlin
• Exposure to modern backend frameworks or cloud-native development
• Familiarity with containerization or CI/CD concepts
