Lead Full Stack Developer (Bengaluru)

🚀 We're Hiring: Lead Full Stack Developer - (Node.js React.js Next.js) [Minimum 3+ years of Experience] 🚀 Techindika (a software & AI product studio based in Bhubaneswar) is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to own the technical delivery of web products for clients across India, the US, and the UK. This is a lead role. You'll architect systems, review code, mentor developers, and still ship yourself. If you want to move from \"assigned tickets\" to \"own the stack,\" this is that step. What we're looking for: ✅ Minimum 3-4 years of industry experience (Internships not counted) building and shipping production web applications in reputed IT Consulting Firms. ✅ Solid command of Node.js (Express/Nest), React.js, and Next.js (SSR, SSG, App Router) ✅ Solid database design across PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB - schema, indexing, query performance ✅ REST and/or GraphQL API design, authentication, authorisation, and third-party integrations ✅ Clean architecture, code reviews, Git discipline, and a real testing habit ✅ Ability to break a client requirement into a technical plan, estimate it honestly, and deliver on it ✅ Comfortable leading 3- 5 developers, unblocking them, setting standards, protecting quality Nice to have: ➕ Cloud and DevOps exposure (AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD) ➕ AI/ML or LLM API integrations into product workflows ➕ Experience with mobile (Flutter) alongside the core stack ➕ Client-facing experience - requirement calls, demos, technical discovery What we offer: 💰 CTC: ₹6.5 – 7.5 LPA (based on experience and demonstrated ownership) 📍 Location: Remote [2 days official meet-up per Month in Delhi / Benegulu in Office Expenses] 🤝 Real ownership, real products, and a team that ships We're a lean, delivery-focused studio; you'll work on live client products from day one, not sit on a bench.
