Job Title: Lead Frontend Developer (ReactJS) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of large-scale enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture, with proven experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and building scalable, high-performance user interfaces. Roles & Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features across modules and applications. - Define and drive frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices. - Build and maintain scalable, reusable component libraries and shared packages within an Nx monorepo. - Integrate multiple backend services, ensuring robust authentication, authorization, and error-handling mechanisms. - Optimize application performance for dashboards, large datasets, reporting platforms, and interactive UI experiences. - Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Establish testing strategies and improve code quality using Vitest, React Testing Library, and Cypress. - Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions. - Drive modernization initiatives while balancing business priorities and delivery timelines.
