Lead Developer Full stack (React Native, Node, MySQL/Mongo)

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture.

Development

• Build the front end of applications with appealing, functional visual design.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Write and integrate APIs (REST or SOAP).
• Build features and applications with mobile-responsive design.

Quality & Maintenance

• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Configure security and data protection settings.

Documentation

• Write and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

Technical — Mandatory

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or in a similar role.
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
• React Native and Node.js — mandatory framework expertise.
• Front-end languages and libraries: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design principles.
• Hands-on experience writing or integrating REST or SOAP APIs.

Technical — Good to Have

• Angular
• React JS

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, and engineering functions.
