About the Role

We are seeking a Lead AI/ML / Data Science professional to head AI product pods across Credit Risk, Fraud, and Collections. The role requires strong technical depth, BFSI domain expertise, and proven leadership in building and deploying production‑scale ML systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead AI product pods across Credit Risk, Fraud, and Collections.
• Architect and deploy production‑scale ML systems with distributed computing.
• Build and optimize models for fraud detection, portfolio monitoring, and recovery.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and lead AI/ML teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across BFSI to align AI initiatives with business goals.

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years in Data Science / AI/ML / AI Engineering.
• Strong BFSI / FinTech / NBFC background.
• Proven track record in Credit Risk, Fraud Detection, and Collections.
• Hands‑on with Python, Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes, MLOps.
• Strong understanding of Model Governance, Compliance, and MRM.
• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech from IIT/NIT/BITS preferred.

Pay: From ₹4,200,000.00 per year
