I am currently sourcing for a high-impact Lead Data Scientist / AI/ML Engineer to spearhead AI initiatives for one of India’s leading, Tier-1 Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) & Wealth Management Giants.

⏳ Experience: 10–12 Years

• CTC: ₹42 - 70 LPA (75% Fixed + 25% Variable)
• Notice Period: Max 30 Days (Immediate joiners preferred)

• Python, Spark, Kafka
• Kubernetes, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Feature Stores & Model Registries
• Credit Risk, Fraud Analytics, and Collections Analytics

What You Will Do (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Lead AI Product Pods across critical Credit Risk, Fraud, and Collections business units.
• Build & Scale ML systems for end-to-end lending lifecycle decisioning and underwriting.
• Own the full ML Lifecycle: Feature engineering, model training, deployment, tracking, and drift detection.
• Architect MLOps Infrastructure: Design robust, distributed ML pipelines using Kafka and Kubernetes.
• Ensure AI Governance: Stay ahead of BFSI regulatory compliance, model explainability, and safety protocols.
• Mentor & Grow: Build and scale a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.

✨ Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of applied AI/ML experience with a clear engineering leadership background.
• Strong domain expertise in Fintech, Banking, or NBFC sectors.
• Proven track record of moving machine learning prototypes into scalable production environments.
