We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and automate scalable data platforms. This role requires deep expertise in up-to-date data stack tools and the ability to drive data architecture strategy while leading engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Data Engineering / DataOps

Robust hands-on experience with DBT, Fivetran, and Amazon Redshift

Experience with data observability tools (e.g., Elementary)

Expertise in building scalable ELT/ETL pipelines

Solid understanding of data modeling and warehouse design

Experience with job orchestration/automation tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect)

Proficiency with Git and modern IDEs (VS Code)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management
