Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Person at our Gurugram office. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include fostering growth partnerships, contributing to sales strategies, and driving revenue for the agency by collaborating closely with internal teams and clients in the digital marketing domain.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and secure business opportunities

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and achieve business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with CRM tools and professional networking is a plus
