The purpose of this role is to lead and manage Research and Survey Analytics customer analysis deep dives, execute the strategies outlined by senior leadership, and manage the day-to-day communication with clients. Develop and execute Quantum tabulations, banner plans, and table specifications. Process, clean, validate, and ensure the accuracy of survey data. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with research and project teams to understand study requirements and deliver timely outputs. Maintain data processing documentation, scripts, and quality checks. Support data analysis through accurate tables and processed datasets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in data processing for market research. Solid hands-on expertise in Quantum Tabulation (mandatory). Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and quality assurance skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently with high attention to detail. Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
