🚀 We're Hiring: L2 Onsite IT & Network Support Engineer

📍 Location: Client office, Mahindra City, Chennai

💼 Experience: 2–3 Years

📄 Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced L2 IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and assist with network infrastructure.

Key Skills Required

  • L2 IT Support and onsite troubleshooting
  • Desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support
  • Basic networking, Wi-Fi, switches, ports, and network cabling
  • Microsoft Intune and device management
  • Patch management and device provisioning
  • ITSM tools and incident management
  • Coordination with L3 teams and vendors
