Role: Key Accounts Manager ( Pan India )

Head Quarters : Guduvanchery

Experience: 7 - 12 years of experience ( An Industry )

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Market Development

• Develop and execute business development strategies for assigned segments and target customers
• Identify new applications and growth opportunities aligned with BU Electronics strategy
• Build and maintain a robust and sustainable opportunity pipeline

Key Account & Project Management

• Develop and manage strategic customer relationships at decision-making levels
• Lead projects from opportunity identification through commercialization and serial production
• Translate customer requirements into differentiated value propositions together with Technical Service, CSC, and IPM

Commercial & Planning Responsibility

• Define commercial positioning, pricing proposals, and negotiation strategies within defined authority levels
• Ensure compliance with Company pricing, governance, and risk management guidelines
• Provide reliable sales forecasts, pipeline transparency, and business input for planning and budgeting

Market Management & Reporting

• Plan and execute technical days, customer workshops, and targeted marketing initiatives
• Capture customer visits, leads, and opportunities in CRM and present monthly pipeline updates
• Support accounts receivable management in coordination with Finance and Customer Service
