Kafka Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Kafka Engineer to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apache Kafka, with experience in clustering, installation, troubleshooting, configuration, and upgrades. As a Kafka Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Kafka infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain Kafka clusters to support various applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kafka performance and reliability. - Configure and optimize Kafka settings for maximum efficiency. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate Kafka into their applications. - Perform upgrades and maintenance of Kafka systems to ensure they are up-to-date and secure. - Monitor Kafka performance and implement necessary improvements. - Document processes and procedures related to Kafka administration. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Apache Kafka and its ecosystem. - Strong understanding of clustering and distributed systems. - Experience with installation and configuration of Kafka. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Familiarity with database administration (DBA) concepts is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
