Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager with strong expertise in Guidewire Digital and Jutro to lead the design, development, and delivery of digital insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire Digital / Jutro development and implementation projects.
• Design and develop scalable digital solutions using the Jutro platform.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development teams.
• Work closely with business, product, QA, and integration teams.
• Review technical designs, code, and development standards.
• Support integration with Guidewire applications and external systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Digital / Jutro.
• Experience in Guidewire digital application development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / React / modern web technologies.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
