Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer with knowledge of Java technologies to support technical training, practical sessions, and student project development.

The role involves delivering Java training sessions, guiding students through programming concepts, conducting practical exercises, and providing technical support during academic and project-based learning activities.

Candidates with a strong foundation in Java and an interest in teaching, mentoring, and technical training are encouraged to apply.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related discipline
• MCA or M.Sc. in Computer Science

Required Technical Skills

• Core Java
• Advanced Java fundamentals
• Spring Framework 5
• Spring Boot

• Hibernate
• JSP and Servlets
• Struts framework

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in software or application development
• Familiarity with Java-based project development
• Experience working on academic projects
• Interest in technical training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions on Java and related technologies.
• Deliver classroom instruction and practical programming exercises.
• Explain programming concepts and assist learners with technical queries.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate student progress.
• Guide students in developing and completing software projects.
• Provide technical mentoring and support to junior trainees.
• Assist with campus training programs and other scheduled training activities.
• Maintain the quality and effectiveness of training sessions.
