Junior Quantity Surveyor

• Min 2-3 years Exp
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets
• Support in quantity take-offs (measuring materials and labor)
• Help prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Track project expenses and maintain cost records
• Assist in tendering and contract documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineers
• Help in site visits and progress monitoring
• Prepare reports and documentation for senior QS
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Basic understanding of construction processes
• Familiarity with tools like:
• Excel
• AutoCAD
• Estimation software

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
