Junior Quantity Surveyor Mumbai (India)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of quantity surveying, including preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and engaging with clients to ensure project specifications are met. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience looking to develop their skills in the construction and project management field.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze CAD drawings to extract relevant quantities for project costing.

Conduct quantity estimation and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects.

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate costing and budgeting.

Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Assist in the preparation of cost reports and financial forecasts.

Support the project team in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.

Required Skills

Proficiency in CAD software for drawing analysis.

Robust understanding of quantity estimation and costing principles.

Familiarity with preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
