Junior NFC Validation / Test Engineer

Test Engineer for a 3-month contract position in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system-level validation and verification of NFC components.
• Develop, execute and automate test cases based on test plans.
• Develop test scripts and characterize key system performance metrics.
• Debug and analyze issues and work with cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Work with lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Multimeters, Spectrum Analyzers and RF Sniffers.
• Participate in technical reviews and product evaluations.

Required Skills

• 25 years of experience in validation, testing, embedded systems or wireless connectivity.
• Strong understanding of NFC and wireless connectivity.
• Python experience for test scripting/automation.
• C/C++ knowledge is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with electronics/RF lab equipment.
• Good analytical and debugging skills.

Good to Have: ISO 14443, ISO 7816, RFID, Smart Cards, Contactless Payments, Java Card OS, eUICC.
