Junior Email Developer (HTML/CSS) | Freshers Welcome

ABOUT THE ROLE

Know the basics of HTML and CSS? Want to turn those skills into a career in email marketing?

GOSH DIGITAL is looking for freshers and early-career applicants based in Kerala, especially those in and around Kottayam, to join our email marketing team at our Kottayam office. This is a full-time, on-site role. You’ll receive hands-on training in Klaviyo and learn how to build, test and deliver emails for ecommerce brands.

Prior Klaviyo experience isn’t required. We’re looking for a solid foundation, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and edit email templates using HTML and CSS
• Learn to set up email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
• Check layouts, links, images and content before emails go out
• Test emails on desktop and mobile and help fix display issues
• Work with our copy, design and marketing teams to bring campaigns together
• Learn the basics of segmentation, testing and campaign reporting

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Working knowledge of basic HTML and CSS
• Good written English and clear communication
• Careful attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, practise and apply feedback
• Reliability and the ability to follow through on tasks

Freshers and self-taught learners are welcome. College assignments, practice projects and personal projects all count as examples of your work.

GOOD TO HAVE, BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Shopify or GitHub
• An interest in design, ecommerce or digital marketing
• A webpage or HTML/CSS project you can show us
