About the Role

AveoSoft Private Limited is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing social media campaigns that strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
• Create compelling captions and coordinate with the design team for creative assets.
• Execute social media campaigns to improve brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Respond to comments and messages when required.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to promote company events, achievements, hiring campaigns, and product updates.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on Social Media Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience managing social media pages for a company or brand.
• Experience planning and executing social media posts and campaigns.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and Canva or similar creative tools will be an added advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience working in an IT company or digital agency is preferred.
