Role Description

Root Labs is looking for a Junior Brand Designer & Content Assistant with a sharp visual eye, strong aesthetic sense, and basic understanding of digital marketing. The role is primarily design-focused but includes light content execution tasks like posting, caption writing, and influencer outreach.

What you'll work on

Design (Primary Responsibility)

• Social media creatives (static posts, carousels, reels covers)
• Performance marketing creatives for Meta/Google ads (statics + video edits)
• Website assets: banners, tiptiles, product feature graphics
• AI-based mockups & visuals (Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI or similar)

Light Marketing Execution (Secondary)

• Posting on Instagram (scheduling, captioning, hashtag hygiene)
• Assisting with reels ideas and basic editing
• Drafting short copy lines for posts and campaigns
• Coordinating influencer gifting + tracking replies
• Updating content calendar with design assets

Who You Are

• Design graduate OR 0–2 years experience in graphic or brand design
• Strong in Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects or Premiere), Canva, and Figma
• Familiar with design for beauty, D2C, lifestyle or minimal aesthetic brands
• Comfortable with basic short-form video editing
• Good eye for composition, typography, and consistency

Bonus (Not Required but Great to Have)

• Interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness branding
• Familiarity with social media trends and creator culture

Compensation: Rs. 25-35k
