Junior Civil Engineer

About the Company

Sprint6 Specialized Services Private Limited is hiring a Junior Civil Engineer to support construction and project execution activities in Chennai. The role offers an opportunity for freshers to build practical site experience while also welcoming candidates with 1–3 years of relevant civil engineering exposure.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret civil engineering drawings, layouts, and measurements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to support smooth execution.
• Track material usage and maintain accurate site records.
• Help ensure compliance with construction safety procedures and site requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, and related documentation.
• Assist with site supervision and day-to-day construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, and adherence to defined quality standards.
• Support timely project execution and completion according to project plans.

Requirements

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of experience are preferred.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, civil drawings, measurements, and site coordination.
• Good communication, record-keeping, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work at construction sites in Chennai and follow applicable safety standards.

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month based on the experience. This is a full-time.
