Junior Bench Sales Recruiter (Entry Level)

About the Role

We are hiring Junior Bench Sales Recruiters (Entry Level) to join our onsite team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of experience who have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US Bench Sales.

Responsibilities

• Learn and market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC) to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors and clients.
• Coordinate consultant submissions, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate rates and terms with vendors under team guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements.
• Ensure timely placement of bench consultants and minimize bench time.
• Stay updated on US staffing trends, visa categories, and market requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Bench Sales or US IT Staffing are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of US Staffing and Bench Sales.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, or Indeed is an advantage.
• Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to achieve targets.
