We leverage cutting-edge Generative AI workflows to build hyper-realistic digital personalities for social media branding, modern digital marketing, and premium subscriber communities.

The Role

We are looking for two skilled and detail-oriented AI Prompt Engineers / Character Artists to join our team part-time. Your primary responsibility will be generating photorealistic, daily lifestyle images of our established virtual digital model. You will not be managing social media accounts; your sole focus is on high-fidelity image generation, maintaining strict facial consistency, and delivering ultra-realistic textures (no "plastic" AI glow).

Important Note on Content: Our digital models operate across both public social media and premium subscriber platforms. Therefore, candidates must be strictly comfortable generating a wide range of content, including standard daily lifestyle photos as well as bold, glamour, and mature artistic photography for our subscriber-only feeds.

Daily Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver 4-7 high-quality, approved images per day (approx. 1 hour of daily work).
• Seamlessly switch between casual everyday concepts and bold/glamour aesthetics based on the daily content calendar.
• Maintain 100% character identity and facial consistency across multiple environments, lighting setups, and angles.
• Ensure ultra-realistic outputs (accurate skin textures, visible pores, realistic lighting) that pass as actual unfiltered photography.
• Upload daily batches to a shared Google Drive for final review and approval by the Lead Developer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Gemini) is preferred, but we are open to beginners who are fast learners.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering, negative prompting, and parameter tuning.
• Complete comfortability working with bold/glamour content guidelines.
• Strict adherence to deadlines and an ability to implement feedback quickly.

Compensation & Growth

• Base Pay: ₹3,000 - ₹4,000 / month per person (for approx. 1 hour of flexible daily work).
• Growth: This is a ground-floor opportunity. As you demonstrate reliability and learn the specific workflows, there is room for increased responsibilities and compensation.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
