Junior AI Mobile Developer – Android (Tirunelveli)

Role Description The Junior Mobile Application Developer is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications across iOS and Android, with a focus on integrating AI-driven features and services. The role involves collaborating with product and UX teams to translate requirements into mobile solutions, writing clean and effective code, and integrating APIs, SDKs, and AI/ML capabilities into mobile applications. The developer will also contribute to debugging, performance optimization, testing, code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices. Core Qualifications: - 1–2 years of experience in mobile application development, with hands-on experience developing for both iOS and Android. - Proficiency in iOS development using Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode, and modern iOS frameworks. - Experience with Android development using Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, and modern Android components. - Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, modular architecture, and mobile development best practices. - Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into mobile applications, including AI APIs, cloud-based services, or on-device ML frameworks. - Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, SDKs, and third-party integrations. - Ability to write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Familiarity with Git, debugging, testing, and mobile application deployment. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
