Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior Accountant Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: As per experience and company standards Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally and Excel, and an understanding of GST and routine accounting activities. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions. Handle purchase and sales entries, payment receipts, and expense records. Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance. Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents. Assist in GST-related documentation and compliance activities. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports. Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records. Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager. Required Qualifications BCom or a related qualification in Accounting or Finance. Freshers and candidates with 02 years of experience may apply. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Required Skills Knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally ERP. Basic knowledge of GST and taxation. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and work collaboratively. Preferred Candidate A candidate who is sincere, organized, responsible, and interested in developing a career in accounting.
