Jr. Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor (Site)

Role Summary

The Junior Quantity Surveyor will be based at the project site and will handle measurement, billing and contract records for subcontractor works.

Key Responsibilities

• Take off quantities from drawings and record measurements at site
• Enter and maintain measurement sheets
• Prepare and verify subcontractor Running Account (RA) bills
• Verify bills submitted by contractors against work orders, approved rates and measured quantities
• Maintain records of work orders, rates and amendments
• Record and track client-requested changes and variations
• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to verify measurements

Qualification and Experience

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1–2 years of site experience in quantity surveying and billing
• Working knowledge of IS 1200 measurement methods, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
• Experience on residential building projects preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
