Jr. QC Engineer(Manual Tester)

• Collaborate with the Project Managers and development team to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
• Develop test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
• Execute test cases manually.
• Organizing and monitoring the defect management process.
• Handling changes and conducting regression tests.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and issues.
• Document and track defects using issue tracking systems (Zoho / Jira / Trello, etc.).
• Work closely with developers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve reported issues.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure that resolved issues meet acceptance criteria.
• Continuously improve and optimize QA processes and procedures.
• Implement best practices for software quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Generate detailed test reports and metrics to communicate QA status to stakeholders.
• Executing sanity, smoke, UI, and functional testing for Websites and Mobile Apps is a plus.
• Executing test cases using automated testing tools is a plus.

Requirements

• Male candidate with 1-2 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer(Manual)/software tester
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Zoho, MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Experience in designing and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Proficiency in using issue tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and excellence.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Software Testing is a plus.
