Jr. Project Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of digital marketing and web development projects. This is a client-facing role that offers hands-on exposure to project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team coordination. If you're passionate about managing projects, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced agency environment, this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and provide regular progress updates.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and managing digital marketing, website, and technology projects from initiation to delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams including Design, Development, Performance Marketing, Content, and SEO to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, project trackers, status reports, and presentations.
• Identify potential project risks, escalate issues proactively, and support timely resolution.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained and deliverables align with client expectations.
• Maintain organized project documentation and facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of website development, software development lifecycle (SDLC), UI/UX, or digital marketing workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• A proactive mindset, problem-solving approach, and willingness to learn.
