Job description

We are looking to hire a motivated Jr. NestJS Developer who can contribute to backend development using NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and modern AI-assisted development practices.

Experience: 01 Year (Freshers / Junior Developers)

Work Mode: WFO

Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh

Priority: Immediate / Maximum 15-Day Notice Period Acceptable

Budget: Up to 5,000 Monthly

Interview Rounds: 3 (HR, Technical, and Practical)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (MondayFriday) (1st & 3rd Saturday will be Holiday) | 9:30 AM6:30 PM

Leave Policy: 6 Paid Leaves *Terms Applied

Notice Period: 4 Month (Mandatory) - If Bypassed, No Relieving/Experience Letter Allotted

Provisional Period: 90 Days

No salary will be provided if the candidate leaves the company within 15 days.

Motive

To develop reliable and scalable backend solutions while gaining hands-on experience with NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, APIs, and up-to-date AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend modules using NestJS and TypeScript.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs based on project requirements.
• Work with PostgreSQL for database queries, relationships, and data management.
• Implement authentication, validation, error handling, and API security.
• Debug existing backend functionality and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and senior team members.
• Use AI-assisted development approaches for efficient coding, debugging, and code improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, PostgreSQL, database relationships, and data modelling.
• Understanding of authentication, middleware, guards, and API validation.
• Familiarity with Git and basic deployment concepts.
• Ability to understand existing code and troubleshoot backend issues.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn modern backend technologies and development practices.
