🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.

✅ Maintain strong knowledge of the local market, vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

✅ Develop a reliable vendor network to fulfill company requirements.

✅ Coordinate and arrange accommodation, transportation, materials, and other essential requirements for company sites across PAN India.

✅ Handle urgent site arrangements efficiently within defined timelines.

✅ Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.

✅ Prepare comparative statements, process Purchase Orders, and maintain procurement records.

✅ Coordinate with internal departments and site teams to ensure smooth operations.

✅ Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and timely delivery.

✅ Prepare MIS reports and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

🔹 Required Skills

✅ Strong knowledge of the local market and vendor network.

✅ Excellent capability to manage arrangements for sites across PAN India.

✅ Strong negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills.

✅ Ability to handle urgent requirements and multiple site arrangements simultaneously.

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

✅ Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
