Jr. AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 1 - 2 years of experience to build next-generation AI applications. You will bridge the gap between machine learning and full-stack engineering. Your focus will be on deploying Agentic AI workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems while following disciplined software development lifecycles (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• AI Application Development: Design and implement Agentic AI workflows, autonomous systems, and advanced RAG architectures.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Build frontend user interfaces and connect them seamlessly to AI backend systems.
• API & Database Integration: Create robust REST APIs and design optimized database schemas (SQL, NoSQL, and vector).
• Containerization & DevOps: Use Docker to containerize applications, ensuring consistent deployment across environments.
• Technical Documentation: Write and review technical specs including Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Software Design Documents (SDD), and DB schemas.
• Version Control: Manage and track code repositories using Git while following modern SDLC best practices.

Required Skills

• Core Languages: Strong Python programming and full-stack software development experience.
• AI Architecture: Practical experience with RAG, Vector Search, LLM APIs, and multi-agent systems.
• DevOps & Tools: Proficiency with Docker, containers, Git, and automated AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor).
• Software Engineering: Solid grasp of SDLC phases and structural database/schema design.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
