Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support lead generation, customer acquisition, pricing coordination, and quotation management for our freight forwarding and customs clearance business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business enquiries through cold calling and customer follow-ups
• Promote the company’s freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients and support business development activities
• Handle export and import shipment enquiries from customers
• Obtain competitive freight rates from shipping lines, overseas agents, and transporters
• Prepare and share quotations for Sea Export, Sea Import, Air Freight, FCL & LCL shipments
• Maintain updated freight rates and coordinate with vendors for rate updates
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain enquiry, quotation, and customer records
• Coordinate with documentation and operations teams for smooth execution
• Prepare daily activity and enquiry status reports

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Freight Forwarding
• Basic knowledge of Sea Export, Sea Import, Air Freight, FCL & LCL shipments
• Understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and Incoterms
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and Internet applications

Preferred Skills

• Experience in freight pricing and quotation preparation
• Knowledge of rate procurement and quotation management
• Strong customer handling and follow-up skills
• Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets
• Experience in CHA / Freight Forwarding industry
