The company is India's largest bike-taxi aggregator and urban mobility platform. Services span bike taxis, auto-rickshaw aggregation, cab hailing, parcel delivery, and last-mile logistics. You will design and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructure across non-prod and prod environments, build internal tooling that enables product teams to ship independently, and drive observability and reliability to sustain 99.99%+ uptime across 150+ microservices.

Own end-to-end infrastructure across non-prod and prod environments, including self-managed databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka)

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support hundreds of continuous real-time deployments to production daily

Build and maintain container orchestration on Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and scalability across a 150+ microservice architecture

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and Chef/Puppet

Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, security gaps, and reliability risks across systems handling 100K+ RPS at edge gateways

Collaborate with software engineering teams (Golang, Java, Node.js) to enforce DevOps best practices and streamline release processes

12 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role

Strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems and systems administrationPractical experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration in production environmentsHands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools: Proficiency in scripting using Python or Go for automation tasksFamiliarity with self-managed databases and middleware: MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, or KafkaB.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree/experience

Experience with Chef or Puppet for configuration management

Exposure to monitoring and alerting stacks: Working knowledge of Golang or Java at a code-reading/debugging level
