Job Description

• This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing scalable solutions using Java resources with Spring, Spring boot, Kafka/MQ, REST API, RDBMS/SQL Server DB and Cloud technology(AWS).
• Develop and implement robust software solutions using AWS, Spring Boot, and Java to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Optimize application performance and scalability by leveraging AWS cloud services and best practices. - Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure adherence to development guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing system reliability.
• Provide technical expertise in designing microservices architecture using Spring Boot for seamless integration.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs, processes, and configurations.
• Implement security measures and compliance standards to safeguard applications and data within the AWS environment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve development practices and solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and address any concerns effectively.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to validate functionality and ensure system stability.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
• Possess strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS, ensuring efficient cloud-based solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Spring Boot for developing scalable and maintainable microservices.
• Exhibit advanced knowledge of Java programming for building robust and high-performance applications.
• Have experience in hybrid work environments, showcasing adaptability and effective communication skills.
• Show familiarity with Agile development practices, emphasizing iterative and collaborative workflows.
• Display a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices for coding and deployment.
