Senior Software Engineer - Java | Spring Boot | BPM_5+years Summary - Are you an experienced Java Backend Developer with expertise in Spring Boot, BPM, and PostgreSQL? We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable enterprise applications, develop robust backend services, and drive end-to-end software development. This is an excellent opportunity to work on mission-critical products while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Location - Gurugram / Noida / Bengaluru / Pune (Hybrid)

Responsibilities • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and BPM technologies.

• Build scalable backend services, develop RESTful APIs, and optimize database interactions using PostgreSQL.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, estimation, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, provide application support, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional Agile teams.
• Mentor junior developers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to continuous technical improvements.

Requirements • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.

• Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, BPM technologies, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in designing scalable enterprise applications with strong knowledge of REST APIs, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills;

experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Microservices, Cloud (Azure), or CI/CD practices will be an added advantage.
