Job Opening: Java Backend and Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the frontend development of enterprise-grade web applications using React.js
• Architect and build reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components
• Collaborate with product owners and backend teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Take full ownership of assigned modules from requirement to deployment
• Perform code reviews, suggest optimizations, and enforce best practices
• Continuously improve performance, UI/UX, and code maintainability
• Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and release planning
• Troubleshoot issues, debug, and deliver timely fixes

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Deep knowledge of state management (Redux, Context API), hooks, and performance tuning
• Experience building product-based platforms or SaaS applications
• Proficient in RESTful APIs, UI testing, and browser compatibility
• Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows
• Bonus: Knowledge of Next.js, TypeScript, or experience in full-stack (Node.js)
