Java Backend Developer – Healthcare Technology (DevOps & Cloud) Location: Trivandrum, Hybrid Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services for healthcare applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture. Implement and support healthcare interoperability standards including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR across integrated systems. Design and build scalable, enterprise-grade applications using cloud-native architectures and best practices. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of backend services. Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk). Design and manage containerized deployments and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code practices (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and clinical stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and observable healthcare integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve integration, performance, and infrastructure issues across connected healthcare systems. Document code, integration workflows, infrastructure, and system architecture for maintainability. Required Skills Healthcare Domain Expertise: Experience with DICOM, HL7, FHIR, healthcare interoperability, and system integrations.
