Java Architect

Java Architect (LOS & LMS) | Immediate Joiners Only | Exp: 10+ Years | Navi Mumbai

We are hiring a Java Architect with strong Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) experience to design and lead scalable, event-driven lending platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture for LOS and LMS platforms
• Design and build microservices using Java 21 and Spring Boot
• Build event-driven workflows with Apache Kafka for the loan lifecycle (application, underwriting, disbursement, repayment, collections)
• Use Redis for caching and performance optimization
• Design the API Gateway layer (routing, authentication, rate limiting, security)
• Containerize and deploy using Docker and Kubernetes
• Define architecture standards and conduct design and code reviews
• Mentor developers and work closely with product, business, and DevOps teams
• Ensure scalability, high availability, security, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 10+ years in Java development and architecture
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java 21 and Spring Boot
• Proven experience in microservices architecture
• Working knowledge of Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and API Gateway
• Mandatory: hands-on LOS & LMS domain experience
• Ability to join immediately

Good to Have

• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP) and CI/CD
• Exposure to credit decisioning, KYC, bureau integrations, and collections
• Knowledge of RBI / NBFC compliance
