Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day end-user support for a fleet of 1000+ PC’s.
  • PCs, Printer and Software support – Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting
  • Support PC Upgrades / Refresh and IT security end critical patching.
  • Responsible for Asset Management and tracking (PC’s, Printers, Accessories).
  • IT support for the planned network and server outages.
  • Microsoft Azure virtual desktop support.
  • Work with Global teams on different time zones.
