- We are looking for IT Support Analyst with 6 to 8 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location
- Key Skills: End User Support, Printer and Network, critical Patching, Windows 10 and 11

Requirements
- Graduate with 6 to 7 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure field
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge in Windows Operating System (OS V10 & V11) and cloud networking principles (VPN, DNS).
- Knowledge in Active Directory, ServiceNow, Asset management, network troubleshooting.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be good team player.
- Candidate should be willing to work in rotating first or second shift.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide day to day end-user support for a fleet of 1000+ PC’s.
- PCs, Printer and Software support – Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Support PC Upgrades / Refresh and IT security end critical patching.
- Responsible for Asset Management and tracking (PC’s, Printers, Accessories).
- IT support for the planned network and server outages.
- Microsoft Azure virtual desktop support.
- Work with Global teams on different time zones.
