IT Infrastructure Pre-Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, with a focus on pre-sales activities related to data centre solutions and network infrastructure. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical solutions and client requirements, ensuring that our offerings align with market needs and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. - Develop high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD) for proposed solutions, ensuring they are technically sound and feasible. - Collaborate with sales teams to prepare and present compelling proposals, including RFPs and RFIs, that highlight our capabilities and value proposition. - Conduct technical solutioning sessions with clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of our offerings and address any concerns. - Work closely with engineering and implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to project execution. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients. Required Skills: - Proven experience in IT infrastructure and pre-sales roles. - Strong knowledge of data centre solutions and network infrastructure. - Expertise in solution design and technical solutioning. - Familiarity with HLD, LLD, RFP, RFI processes. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
