ob Title: IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 2–4 Years Department: IT Infrastructure Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to manage and support our network, hardware, security, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT systems. Key Responsibilities Configure and troubleshoot Managed Switches, VLANs, Routing & Switching. Handle RJ45 crimping, cable tracing, network mapping, and patch panel management. Assist with Firewall configuration and monitoring (Cisco/FortiGate/Sophos). Manage basic AWS services – EC2, RDS & S3. Manage users and access on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Support office intercom and telephony systems. Troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues and maintain network documentation & IT inventory. Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure. Solid understanding of Networking, VLANs, Switching & Firewalls. Hands-on experience with physical networking and cable crimping. Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, S3). Experience with Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace. Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred CCNA / CompTIA / AWS certification. Basic scripting or automation knowledge. Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
