Job Description
- Min 3+ years work exp.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva configurations with a focus on QMS.
- Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Veeva Vault (Process, workflows, etc. ).
- Expected to independently lead and manage business stakeholders and work on design/configurations, POCs, testing and data loads.
- Relevant experience in Veeva Vault development.
- Relevant experience in QMS /Q doc/Quality One module.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead impact assessment of Veeva product release with the business and Testing team.
- Own the monthly BAU releases.
- Independently extend support and fix critical end-user issues.
- Support the existing L2 team to address priority user issues.
