Role & responsibilities

Experience in IT Asset Management, Inventory Management, or Store Operations.

Good knowledge of asset tracking, inventory control, and documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and asset management tools.

Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet operational timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

2 - 4 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, Inventory Management, or Store Operations.

Experience handling employee onboarding and offboarding asset processes is preferred.

Experience in IT Asset Management, Inventory Management, or Store Operations.

Good knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, asset tracking, inventory control, and documentation.

Experience handling employee onboarding and offboarding asset allocation and recovery processes.

Familiarity with asset audits, inventory reconciliation, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, basic reporting) and asset management tools.

Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent follow-up and vendor coordination abilities.

High attention to detail with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting operational timelines and service levels.

Basic understanding of IT hardware assets, warranties, and inventory best practices. .
