Role Description This is a full-time, on-site iOS Swift Developer role based in Surat. The iOS Swift Developer will design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift, working closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile solutions. Typical responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing performance, fixing bugs, integrating APIs and services, and ensuring applications comply with security and usability best practices. The developer will participate in code reviews, write clean and testable code, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups. The role also involves staying current with iOS frameworks, Xcode tooling, and emerging mobile development trends to continuously improve application quality and development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Swift and the iOS SDK, including core frameworks such as UIKit/SwiftUI, Core Data, and Foundation.
• Experience with Xcode, Interface Builder, and common iOS architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, or similar).
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries/services into iOS applications.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices for iOS apps.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of app lifecycle, memory management, performance optimization, and debugging tools on iOS.
• Experience with unit testing, UI testing, and continuous integration tools is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver features within agile or iterative development processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store is a plus.
• Interest in learning new technologies and contributing to best practices within the mobile development team.
