About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Executive to Asst. Manager – International Sales to manage and grow our European market and African market within the FMCG sector.

The role involves customer management, sales generation, lead handling, exhibitions, market research, competitor analysis, social media coordination, and ensuring smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and expand European and African markets.

Handle customer queries, generate leads, and prepare quotations.

Ensure prompt customer communication and satisfaction.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams for timely order execution.

Manage exhibitions, including travel, accommodation, visa applications, documentation, and lead tracking.

Coordinate exhibition displays, promotional materials, and packaging requirements.

Track and follow up on exhibition-generated leads.

Manage social media content and performance tracking.

Prepare monthly and annual sales plans and maintain accurate sales reports.

Conduct competitor and market research across European and African markets.

Prepare reports on competitor activities and regional market opportunities.

Conduct regular client meetings, understand requirements, provide solutions, and manage expectations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Ensure order closing, documentation, and agreement on commercial terms.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong experience in International & Domestic Sales

✔ Exposure to the European market & African markets preferred

✔ Excellent communication and client-management skills

✔ Strong coordination and negotiation abilities

✔ Ability to independently manage social media platforms and sales-related content

✔ Good analytical and reporting skills

✔ Professional approach with strong ownership and accountability
