Role Description This full-time, on-site Internal Auditor role is based in Ludhiana and supports a listed company using SAP S/4HANA. The Internal Auditor will plan and execute internal audits, review financial records and processes, and assess internal controls for effectiveness and compliance. Daily responsibilities include preparing audit reports, performing financial audits, identifying risks and control gaps, and recommending practical improvements. The role involves analyzing data using SAP S/4HANA, collaborating with finance and operations teams, and communicating findings clearly to management. The Internal Auditor will also help develop and refine audit methodologies and support continuous improvement in governance, risk management, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong audit-focused skills, including experience with audit reports and financial audits.
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and evaluate internal controls.
• Solid finance knowledge, including understanding of accounting standards and corporate financial processes.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present audit findings and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) with approximately 4 years of relevant internal audit experience, preferably in a listed company.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems in an audit or finance environment.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to work with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple audits and deadlines.
