Role Description The Inside Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanchipuram, responsible for driving revenue growth through effective lead management and customer engagement. This role involves handling incoming inquiries, qualifying leads, conducting follow-up calls, and presenting interior solutions aligned with client needs. The Inside Sales Manager will manage customer accounts, prepare proposals and quotations, track sales activities in the CRM, and coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure timely project execution. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining high customer satisfaction, monitoring sales targets, providing regular performance reports, and suggesting improvements to sales processes. The role also involves mentoring junior sales staff, supporting marketing initiatives, and representing the company professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience converting inquiries into qualified opportunities.
• Proven ability in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction, maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering consistent service quality.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including negotiation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding set targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present interior solutions clearly and confidently.
• Experience in interiors, décor, real estate, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Ability to work on-site in Kanchipuram, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent
